Academy Program

Durbar Sports Academy Program plans for a holistic growth and development of Youth Sports Talent. The Program plans to integrate Sports and Academic Curriculum in lines with the recommendation of Elite Academy Program. The aim of this uniquely structured Program is to produce Best In Class Professional Footballers and Sportspersons with strong Moral and Social Values.

RAJIV ROY

CHILDHOOD

He was born in a red light area of Kolkata to a Sex Worker Mother, a neighbourhood the usual childhood ways are notorious and disruptive. Durbar Sports Academy has given him the opportunity to break barriers and harness his inborn sports talent alongside pursuing his academic curriculum.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Represented Durbar Sports Academy in all National and State Level Elite Youth and Nursery League. Most Promising Player in Slum Soccer at Nagpur in 2016 selected to represent an Indian Youth contingent sent for training to Manchester United in 2016.

NITISH MURA

CHILDHOOD

Brought up in abject poverty in the tribal belt of Amlashol – Belpahari belt in Jhargram district, Bengal. He was spotted by scouting coaches in a football festival organised by Durbar Sports Academy. Currently residing in DSA Residential Hostel and pursuing his sports aspirations and academics.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Key Member of the Champion DSA Team of Eastern Region AIFF U -13 Elite Youth League 2019-20, selected as the Best Midfielder in his Age Group, he is also diligent in his studies and a student in Class V.
